Preview my previous coding projects, with some being data-related, all the way to my previous Computer Science college coursework.
SQL is one of the most useful tools that you can have in your data toolkit, where it enables me store data and prepare it for analysis.
Inspired by a COOP assignment: Investigated a murder to bring justice to SQL City as a Detective for their Police Department by using queries on their SQL databse.
Undergrad Software Engineering: GroceryListManager is an Android app that was created with Java, which enables the creation and storation of different accounts through a local SQL database.
As a post-grad interest, I briefly went into analyzing different texts based on the emotions that they carry, which involved both machine learning approaches and API usages.
The Build Fellowship: Analyzed the stock market through tweet retrieval and preprocessing by training an ML model on tweet data to optimize classification problems.
Personal: Built a web-based application that detects the emotions that are contained in a text through Watson's NLP algorithm for predicting emotions.
Taken as a course under my undergrad studies, I learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I applied these skills to host websites locally for different purposes.
A website about a (mock) charity nonprofit for giving water to those in need, which features advanced features like server-running and database management through Node.js.
A website about a (mock) mechanical keyboard switch business, aimed at making online awareness seamless using different JavaScript features.
